Borrower sync issue between Blend and Encompass
A potential Borrower sync issue can happen when borrowers are moved around in Encompass from multiple pairs to one pair.
This sync issue can arise with all integration types between Blend and Encompass.
When can it happen:
This issue will trigger when borrowers are moved around in Encompass from 2 pairs to 1 or any time a pair is condensed in Encompass.
Example: 2 borrowers on 2 separate pairs, in Encompass you move them to be on the same pair causing a ghost pair to remain.
How to resolve:
When moving borrowers around in Encompass, please make sure to “Delete Borrower Pair” when condensing into 1 pair.
