Encompass Export Errors

If you experience export failures when exporting an application from Blend to Encompass, refer to the table below for more information.

Error Message	Description
User [name] cannot be assigned as the Loan Officer. -OR- You have selected a state in which the loan officer is not licensed to originate loans or the license expiration is expired. Contact your system administrator for more details. -OR- Current role for loan associate not found.	The LO on the loan cannot be assigned in Encompass. Identify if a change can be made to allow loans to export with this LO’s username.
Persona Access to Fields validation failed.	Blend is unable to export this loan due to field level permissions on a field we typically write to at export. Identify if a change can be made to allow Blend to write to the affected field.
Cannot originate loan in this folder.	Blend is passing a loan folder but a restriction in Encompass in allowing us to place a loan in this folder. Consider requesting that Blend use a static folder as opposed to an LO’s working folder if this is the root cause.
Template is mandatory for the user to import loan.	Blend is not passing a loan template at time of export but Encompass is expecting a loan template and requires one to be successful. Consider providing Blend a default template for loans or remove the template requirement.
Loan amount exceeds county limit.	The loan amount exceeds county limits in Encompass. Consider modifying this limit in the affected county.
