Permissions required to access the Reporting Dashboard

The Can view reporting dashboard role permission must be set to Always in order to access the Reporting Dashboard. Alternatively, the out-of-the-box Reporting User role in Blend can be added to a user's profile. See User roles and permissions in Blend to learn more.

Reporting Dashboard

The Reporting Dashboard is accessible from the Pipeline page to authorized users. Reports can be filtered by custom date range and loan type (if applicable).

There are three components to the reporting feature that provide varying levels of granularity:

  1. Callout numbers: The three key success metrics highlighted at the top of the reporting feature.
  2. Generated Reports:
    a. Downloadable CSVs containing granular, loan-level data; able to be filtered by custom date range and loan type (if applicable).
    b. Historical Reports section. Any report generated will be available in the historical reports section under each tab; these are accessible for all time.
  3. Interactive Reports: “Home Lending - Overall”, “Home Lending -Utilization”, “Consumer Banking” and “Deposit Accounts” tabs. These are out-of-the-box visualizations available around a variety of high-level and feature-specific metrics.

  • Application Start to Submit Rate: For applications created on the Lending platform, the conversion rate between borrower-started applications and those submitted by the borrower in Blend. For applications created on the Configurable Platform, the conversion rate for all applications from creation to submission.

Generated Reports

Generated Reports consist of downloadable CSVs that contain user or loan-level data and can be filtered by report type, loan type, event type, and date range (the same reports are also available as routes in the most current version of the Reporting API). See Reporting in Blend: Generated Reports for more information.

Interactive Reporting

Interactive Reports are data visualizations composed of a variety of metrics that can be filtered by a custom date range and loan type (if applicable). Authorized users can access the interactive reports using the “Home Lending - Overall”, “Home Lending - Utilization”, “Consumer Banking”, and “Deposit Account” tabs. See Reporting in Blend: Interactive Reports for more information.

Home Lending - Overall

The Home Lending - Overall dashboard contains high level metrics around application activity (e.g. Median Time to Submit, Borrower Device Usage) and can be accessed using the “Home Lending - Overall” tab under the callout numbers on the reporting page. This tab is available for Mortgages, Home Equity Loans and HELOCs.

Home Lending - Utilization

The Home Lending - Utilization dashboard dives deeper into metrics around borrower conversion (e.g application funnel, start to submit rate by lead source), and specific feature usage (e.g. Credit, Follow-ups). This tab is available for Mortgages, Home Equity Loans and HELOCs.
