Added, removed, or switched a borrower in Encompass using the KensieMae plugin but it didn't sync to Blend?

If you add, remove, or change borrower positions on an Encompass loan that is synced to Blend, you will be prompted to confirm changes on the Blend - Confirm Applicant Info screen for the change to take effect in Blend.

Confirm Applicant Info in Encompass

The user must click Confirm in order to sync the changes back to Blend.

Failing to do so will not push the changes back to Blend and will break the sync. As a result, the following functionality will be impacted:

  • Borrower data and eConsent sync
  • Issuing disclosures
  • Loan status sync
  • Importing documents

 

Please note that the Blend - Confirm Applicant Info confirmation screen will only appear if the loan is currently synced to Blend. If it does not appear, the sync is likely broken. Refer to How to re-establish borrower sync with the KensieMae plugin to learn how to fix the sync.
