Signing the digital promissory note (eNote)

Modified on Wed, Apr 9 at 11:29 AM

Borrowers can sign eNotes with their other eSign document in Borrower Workspace.

In a hybrid or Remote Online Notarization (RON) closing where an eNote is available, borrowers may see a separate task to complete in the Borrower Workspace.

The promissory note experience allows the borrower to log in via Single Sign On (SSO) into the vault to sign. When completed, the borrower will close out and be taken back into their Blend portal for a seamless signing experience.
