Blend Close offers a single, integrated end-to-end experience that supports all closing types: traditional wet-sign, hybrid, hybrid with eNote, and Remote Online Notarization (RON).

Traditional Wet-Sign Close

Borrowers can review their closing documents ahead of time but will meet with a notary in person to sign all closing documents including the promissory note.

Hybrid Close

Borrowers will review and eSign all non-notarized documents. They will meet a notary in person for the witness-required closing documents.

Hybrid Close with eNote

The same as above but, in this case, the promissory note (or eNote) will be eSigned as well.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) Close

The borrower will complete everything online: eReview, eSign, and attend the closing appointment. Depending on how the RON experience is configured, the borrower may sign all documents in the online notary session or will eSign some of the docs ahead of time.
