LO Mobile - Track borrower progress

Loan officers can track their borrower's application progress with the LO mobile app.

Track borrower progress

1. Tap Watch progress in the Overview tab on the leads screen.

2. You will the see the following information:

A green checkmark next to all completed sections of the application.
Time frame when the section was completed by the borrower.
"Not started" for all outstanding sections of the application.

Note: You can contact your borrower by tapping the icons for text, call and email in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. These actions will use your default text, phone, and email apps outside of the Blend Loan Officer app.
