Credit features using Blend's LO Mobile app

Loan officers can pull credit and view the credit report using the Blend LO Mobile app.

Pulling credit in the LO Mobile app

To pull credit in the Blend Loan Officer (LO) Mobile app:

1. Tap Pull (Borrower's first name) credit.
   
   
2. Tap Pull new credit for a new report.
   
3. Choose the credit pull type.
4. Choose the credit bureaus you wish to include.
5. Tap Next.
   
6. Enter the borrower's present address.
7. Tap Next.
   
8. Enter the borrower's SSN.
9. Tap Next.
   
10. Tap one of the credit consent options that pertain to your borrower.
    • Verbal
    • Written
    • Electronic
11. Tap the consent confirmation message.
12. Tap Pull Credit.
    

Viewing credit score details and the credit report using the LO Mobile app

The credit score can be viewed from the leads page after credit is pulled successfully.

1. Tap Credit to view the credit pull details.
   
2. Tap View to open the credit report.
   
3. The credit report PDF document will display in detail.
   

Retrieving an existing credit report using the LO Mobile app

You will need the credit report identifier to retrieve an existing credit report.

1. Tap Pull (Borrower's first name) credit.
   
2. Tap Retrieve an existing report.
   
3. Choose the credit pull type.
4. Enter the credit report identifier number for the existing credit report.
5. Tap Next.
   
6. Verify the borrower's name.
7. Tap Next.
   
8. Enter the borrower's current address.
9. Tap Next.
   
10. Enter the borrower's SSN.
11. Tap Next.
    
12. Tap one of the credit consent options that pertain to your borrower.
    • Verbal
    • Written
    • Electronic
13. Tap the consent confirmation message.
14. Tap PullCredit.
