Loan officers can assign, reassign, and add team members to loans on the go using the Blend LO Mobile app.
Reassign loans in the LO Mobile app
| 1. Tap the pencil icon next to your initials. | |
 | 2. Tap Add a new assignee. |
3. Search for the team member.
4. Tap on the team member's name to be added to the loan. |  |
Remove team member from a loan using the LO Mobile app
1. Select the name of the team member to be removed.
2. Tap Remove. |
Note: You can remove team members and reassign the loan. You can also remove yourself from a loan and leave the loan unassigned if desired.
