LO Mobile - Product & Pricing

There are now enhanced features around product and pricing in the LO mobile app. Loan officers can now update and edit product and pricing information through the mobile app. In the application tab, product and pricing can now be viewed, selected, and searched. 

 

The new capabilities available are:

  • Search eligible products and pricing: Allows the Loan Officer to search for products their borrower may be eligible for.
  • View details of products and pricing: Allows the Loan Officer to view all details of a particular product including things like rates, credits, closing costs, etc.
  • Apply products and pricing to loans: Allows the Loan Officer to apply a product to a loan.

 

Application Tab - Product & Pricing

1. Tap the Application tab.

 

2. Tap Product to view specific details regarding the loan ( rates, type, closing costs, etc.).

3. Tap Select product to see eligible products.

4. Fill in the following information to view the eligible products and rates.

 

 

 

a. Property city, State, Zip code, and County.

b. Property type and Intended use.

c. Purchase price, Loan amount, and product type.

5. A number of eligible loan options will populate the results for the loan officer to select.
