Access to the Blend LO Mobile app is controlled by a role permission. Refer to this guide for updating lender accounts to access the Blend LO Mobile app.
How to add the LO Mobile app permission to an existing role
- Click Your settings.
- Click Setup.
- Click Role Permission on the left column.
- Select the role.
- Scroll to the Lender Mobile section and click the Always radio button.
- Click Save.
