LO Mobile - Invite your borrower or re-send an invitation

Loan officers can invite borrower(s) or re-send an invitation to their borrowers after creating a new lead in the LO mobile app.

Invite borrower

1. Tap INVITE BORROWER after creating a new lead. If you wish to pull credit from here, refer to the Pull credit guide.
	2. You can personalize your message in this screen.   3. Tap INVITE BORROWER.
4. You will get a confirmation once the invitation is sent successfully.

Re-send an invite to a borrower

1. Tap RESEND INVITE on the leads screen.
	2. You can personalize your message in this screen.   3. Tap INVITE BORROWER.
4. You will get a confirmation once the invitation is sent successfully.

Notes: 

• The RESEND INVITE option only appears if the borrower has been sent an invitation previously.
• You can contact your borrower by tapping the icons for text, call and email in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 
  • These actions will use your default text, phone, and email apps outside of the Blend Loan Officer app.
• You can always invite your borrower and pull credit later.
