Matching the notary signature, stamp, and seal for Blend Signing Room (BSR)

Modified on Thu, Apr 10 at 4:57 AM

The notary seal, transparent signature, and notary profiles must match. This article will provide steps and guidance for ensuring they match.

Match the notary signature, stamp, and seal

We use "Bobby G McGee" as the Notary in the following example. If “Bobby G McGee” is on the Notary Seal (see below), then the Notary Signature (see below) should also read “Bobby G McGee”.

In addition, to match “Full Name” tags in DocuSign to the Notary Stamp and Signature, please ensure that the name in BSR Workspace also matches.
