How to change your eSignature in DocuSign during a BSR session

If a change is needed to a signature already adopted in DocuSign, you can change it during the Blend Signing Room (BSR) session by following the steps below.

• Edit the signature during the signing session
• Using the edited signature during the signing session

Note: For documents signed using DocuSign.

Edit the signature during the signing session

If you accidentally use the DocuSign-generated signature and need to replace it with your transparent personal signature, follow these steps.

1. Click on the signature tag to sign. The signature will appear matching the name in DocuSign.
   
2. Click on the placed signature.
3. Select Change.
   
4. Click +Add. Do not use the edit feature.
   
5. Edit the signature.
6. Click Adopt and Sign.
   
7. Click Replace. and the new signature will appear on the document.
   

Note: Envelopes already signed before the signature change will not be updated automatically. If any of the documents in a signed envelope require a signature change, the documents will have to be voided and the Notary will have to re-upload, and re-tag for borrowers to re-sign with the updated signature.

Using the edited signature during the signing session

Follow these steps to sign documents with the updated signature in DocuSign.

1. Click on the signature tag to sign. The signature will appear matching the name in DocuSign.

4. Select Change.
   
5. Choose the edited signature from the list.
6. Click Adopt.
   
7. Click Replace.
