Managing your tickets in help center

Tracking multiple Blend Support tickets through email can be challenging. Using Blend's help center can help you view support tickets, check their status, and respond to them more effectively.

 

Overview

As a registered user, you can:

  • Submit a support ticket
  • CC others in your ticket (e.g., Loan Team, Administrator, Compliance Officer)
  • View the ticket status
  • Mark the ticket as solved
  • Create a follow-up to a solved request
  • View tickets submitted from your organization (for Blend administrators)

Register to Help Center

If you've contacted Blend Support before

If you've emailed us before, you will need to set up a password.

  1. Click Sign in.
  2. Click Get a password.

  3. Enter your lender email address and click Submit.

  4. You should receive an email with a link to create a password. Click Create a password.

  5. Create a password that meets the requirements then click Change password.

If you are new to Blend

If you are new to Blend, welcome! Follow these steps to register to the Help Center.

  1. Click Sign in.
  2. Click Sing up.

  3. After reviewing the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, enter your full name and lender email address then click Sign up.

  4. You should receive an email with a link to create a password. Click Create a password.

  5. Create a password that meets the requirements then click Change password.

Accessing your tickets

  1. Sign in to the help center.
  2. Click your name and go to Requests.

  3. View the list of current and historical tickets.

In My requests, you can:

  • View the tickets you submitted
  • View tickets you are CC'd on
  • View tickets from other users in your organization (for Blend administrators)
  • View Ticket IDs, created date, last activity date, and status
  • Search for specific tickets by using subject lines or text in the ticket comments
  • Filter tickets by status
  • View ticket details
  • Download attachments
  • Mark tickets as solved
