Share your ideas, start a discussion, connect with other Blend users, or stay up to date with Blend Release Notes by following our Product Updates section (Sign-in required).

You must register to participate in Blend Community. Refer to Register to Help Center to learn more.

 

Request Form

We aim to have a resolution as soon as possible and minimize any friction during the process so you can focus on assisting your borrowers. Please provide as many details as possible using the fields in the request form.

  1. Sign in to the Blend Help Center if you haven’t already done so. As a registered user, your email will be captured automatically when submitting a new request when signed in and you'll be able to CC other people in your requests. Visit Manage your tickets in Blend's Help Center to learn more.
  2. Once signed in, click Submit a request and complete the form. 
  3. Description - Be sure to provide as many details as possible including but not limited to:
    -Loan number(s)
    -Borrower names and emails
    -Your Blend environment URL. This is located on the address bar of your browser.
    -Error codes, messages, or alerts
    -Activity, audit, and error logs
    -Screenshots or video clips reproducing the issue

    Answers to the following questions will also help.
    • When did the issue begin?
    • Has it happened before or is this the first time?
    • Does the issue persist? If so, what actions reproduce the issue?
    • What systems, applications, and devices are you using when the issue occurs?
    • Does the issue occur in other computers, devices, browsers, or locations (Work office vs home office)?
  4. Blend Suite - Let us know which Blend Suite or products your request is about.
  5. Product or Feature - Select the relevant product or feature.
  6. Business Impact - Let us know the level of impact.
  7. Type of Request - Let us know if you have a question, if you are reporting a bug, or if you are requesting a change to your Blend environment.
  8. Attachments - Send us screenshots, video clips, error logs, or other supporting attachments regarding the issue.
