OneSpan Maintenance
One of Blend’s eSign vendors, OneSpan, has announced an emergency maintenance just now. These downtimes will result in periods where Blend lender and applicant users will not be able to create new eSign envelopes or sign outstanding envelopes.
Will there be downtime associated with this maintenance?
Yes, the downtime will impact features and services in the borrower and lender application. E-sign related activities utilizing OneSpan will be impacted. This includes creating new disclosure packages, closing and some followup e-sign tasks.

EKS AMI Upgrade
We will be upgrading the Amazon Machine Image (AMI) used by our EKS clusters. This upgrade requires restarting workloads across the clusters, which may cause brief service interruptions across all Blend services. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately two hours.

Yes. During the maintenance window, users may experience short periods of downtime affecting features and services in both the borrower app and the lender app. All services may be intermittently impacted as workloads are restarted.
