New Fields Added to Reporting Dashboard and Reporting API 7.0

How to turn on:

The TRID Triggered Timestamp for Loans and partyId fields for NPS Comments will be made available in the Reporting Dashboard and Reporting API on 7/5 for all customers.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

A timestamp for when a loan triggered TRID in Blend and a partyId field in the NPS report will be added to the Reporting Dashboard and Reporting API.

Current Behavior:

Currently, there is no timestamp for TRID Triggered available in the Reporting API, and the NPS report only includes the loanId but not the specific borrower.

New Behavior:

On Wednesday, July 5, the following new fields will be added to the Reporting Dashboard and Reporting API.

A timestamp in UTC for when a loan triggered TRID in Blend will be added to the Application List report in the Reporting Dashboard, and Get Basic Loan Data endpoint in v7.0 of the Reporting API (https://api.blendlabs.com/reporting/loans). The timestamp is called estTridTriggeredDatetime. It is appended with “est.” for “estimated” as this timestamp will only populate if TRID was triggered on the loan within Blend, and not if it was triggered in the LOS or outside of Blend. Additionally, LENDERS SHOULD NOT USE THIS FIELD OR ANY OTHER REPORT OR FIELD IN THE REPORTING DASHBOARD OR API FOR COMPLIANCE OR OPERATIONAL NEEDS, as these resources are for analytics purposes only.

A partyId field will be added to the NPS report in the Reporting Dashboard and NPS endpoint in v7.0 of the Reporting API (https://developers.blend.com/blend/reference/get-nps-report). This will be the unique identifier for this report.

Note: There will be no disruption or changes to any functionality of the Reporting Dashboard or Reporting API, so no testing changes are required and this release is straight to production.
