Update: In the previous Release Note, we communicated new fields will be added to the close report. We have included 3 additional fields that were not in the previous release note - closingCreatedDatetime, schedulingTaskCompletedDatetime, and closingDateTzOffset, as well as corrected the field name on schedulingTaskIssuedDatetime.
Date Available: Beta 9/12, Prod 9/12
Which customers are impacted?: All customers using the Reporting Dashboard for Close reporting.
How to turn on: This feature will be automatically enabled for all customers on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit: Today we have a report about Blend Close usage in the Reporting Dashboard. We recently released a product feature that allows borrowers to pick their closing date (which was previously only set by lenders). We will be adding fields to this Closings report to view the statuses of the completion of the borrower closing date task and additional data about the closing.
(Note: This feature relies on enabling eClose, scheduling V2 and allowing the borrower to pick a closing date feature. Pulling the Closings report will not return any data if you do not have Blend Close enabled. This update will NOT impact any existing close configurations)
Current Behavior:
The Closings report contains one row per close that is sent to the borrower with fields for loan identifiers, loan type, closing type, and timestamps for when the loan was sent to the borrower, and esign period.
New Behavior:
Seven new fields will be added to this report.
Additionally, this report currently only includes closings where the closing package was sent to the borrower. Upon updating this report, we will include closings created either if the closing package or the scheduling task has been sent to the borrower.
This release will go to both beta and prod on September 12, 2023. You will not experience any change in the functionality of the Reporting Dashboard, just the fields returned when pulling the Closings report. This change will have no impact on existing Close configurations or feature functionality.
