Which customers are impacted?: All customers that utilize the widget to chat with support.


Required?: 

  • Yes, this is a required release. Required releases are features that Blend wants to standardize in the codebase, and typically do not require additional configuration. 


How to turn on:

  • This feature will be automatically enabled on the dates listed above.


Purpose of Update and Benefit:

We’ve made a small update to the Support widget in the environments you use to contact Blend Support. While the widget may look a little different, it still functions the way you’re used to.

No action is required on your part! As always, if you have any questions or run into any issues, feel free to reach out.
