Reporting Dashboard
The Reporting Dashboard allows authorized users to access historical loan data at any time. There are three components to the reporting feature that provide varying levels of granularity:
- Callout numbers: Key success metrics around application activity and the relative change; can be filtered by Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or Year to Date
- Generated Reports: Downloadable CSVs containing granular, loan level data; able to be filtered by custom date range and loan type (if applicable)
- Interactive Reports: Visualizations around high level or specific feature metrics; can be filtered by custom date range and loan type (if applicable)
The Reporting Dashboard is accessible from the Pipeline page to authorized users. Reports can be filtered by custom date range and loan type (if applicable) to match the interactive reports description.
Callout numbers
Key success metrics about application activity and the relative change. Filter the view by defined timeframes: Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or Year to Date
- Application Submits: The number of borrower-submitted applications in the defined timeframe
- Application Start to Submit Rate: The conversion rate between started applications and those that are submitted by the borrower in Blend
- NPS: The average borrower NPS score of submitted applications in Blend
Generated Reports
Resource: Please see the Help Center Article on Reporting: Generated Reports for further information.
Generated Reports consist of downloadable CSVs that contain user or loan level data and can be filtered by report type, loan type, event type, and date range (the same reports are also available as routes in the most current version of the Reporting API).
See Reporting in Blend: Generated reports for further information.
Interactive Reporting
Resource: Please see the Help Center Article on Reporting in Blend: Interactive reports for further information.
Interactive Reports are data visualizations composed of a variety of metrics that can be filtered by a custom date range and loan type (if applicable). You can access the interactive reports using the “Overall” and “Utilization” tabs on the Reporting page.
Overall Report
The Overall Report contains high level metrics around application activity (e.g. Median Time to Submit, Borrower Device Usage) and can be accessed using the “Overall” tab under the callout numbers on the reporting page.
Utilization Report
The Utilization Report dives deeper into metrics around borrower conversation (e.g application funnel, start to submit rate by lead source), and specific feature usage (e.g. Credit, Follow-ups).
FAQs
How often is the data refreshed?
The data in the Callout Numbers, User Generated Reports, and the Interactive Reports is updated roughly every 3 hours. Please note it may take an additional 1-2 hours for the data to become available. If you are looking to pull specific data in real time, please see the API documentation on how to work with our integrations team to set up event notification.
Why are graphs blank?
Graphs will show up empty if there is no underlying data. If you do expect to see data and a graph is blank, try extending the time frame or choosing a different loan type.
Please note that some graphs may be reporting on features that are not applicable to your organization.
What if I have a request for additional data to be added to the Reporting Dashboard?
Please reach out to your Account Manager with any requests around adding new fields or reports.
