For lenders using Partner Document Delivery (PDD) in Encompass, document delivery behavior has been enhanced to reduce manual errors and streamline the disclosure and closing workflows. When a document delivery Partner is configured, Encompass now intelligently defaults (or requires selection of) the appropriate Partner when sending documents across Web Document Flows and eClose. This enhancement allows for less human error when sending disclosures and allows for quicker sending of disclosures when using the Web Document Flows send options:
