Loan Officer (LO) Pages

Modified on Sun, Apr 13 at 11:05 PM

With LO Pages, Blend offers lenders a personalized landing page as a channel to drive borrowers to apply online. LO Pages are an immediate maintenance-free feature enabling rapid value without investment.

How LO Pages work

You can use your LO Page as a landing page to share with borrowers to apply. Your LO Page will display your profile details:

  • Your full name
  • Your profile photo
  • NMLS ID #
  • Email address
  • Phone number and extension

Additionally, LO Pages simplify the referral experience with easy-to-text URLs. For example: "apply.lenderdomain.com/loan-officers/jsmith@blend".

Similar to referral links, applications started from your LO Page will be assigned to you.*

*Custom Apply Now button redirect URLs may break loan assignments if not configured properly.

LO Pages branding

LO Pages are consistent across all users displaying your company's logo on the top left corner and reflecting your current Blend environment theme to keep the look and feel of your organization. This allows for a quick stand-up and maintenance-free feature.

LO Pages configurations

There are four components of an LO Page that can be customized. These components are the loan officer description, organization description, your organization's licensing information, and the Apply Now button redirect URL.

Any changes to these components will be reflected in all LO Pages and your administrator's approval is required with every change request. If you are a Blend administrator and would like to customize a component of an LO Page, contact Blend Support.
