Follow-Ups only applications (borrower experience)

The borrower will begin with the Getting Started section where they will be asked to confirm basic information. This is a required step for ALL types of loan applications.

1. Borrower clicks Activate loan hub link in the email.

2. Creates password

3. Checks box that they have read and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Consent to Use Electronic Signature and Records

4. The borrower will begin with the Getting Started section where they will be asked to confirm basic information. Any information entered by the lender will be pre-filled for the borrower. Otherwise, the Borrower would be prompted to add the information.

5. All follow-ups for the borrower to be completed will be in the Tasks section. 

 

 tip1.png   Tip: Borrower should check their spam folder if they are unable to find the activate account email in their inbox. 

 

tip_5.png Note: Currently, NOT supported for export. For Encompass clients, we recommend starting a post-submission loan from Encompass by following these steps outlined in How to create a Follow-Up Only/Post Submission loan in Encompass using the KensieMae plugin.
