What causes this alert?
If the document uploaded is in a format other than PDF, the alert will appear to inform the borrower that the document may not be of high quality.
What the borrower can do
If the document is of good quality, borrowers can proceed with uploading the document by clicking Submit.
Note: Supported file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, PDF.
