Easily Delete Information
If needed, lenders can have the borrower's online application deleted and continue the home financing journey over the phone and by mail if the borrower prefers not to continue electronically.
Virus Scanning
Blend will scan documents uploaded by borrowers and lenders. If the file is found to be infected, it will be quarantined so that the document cannot be downloaded by any user, ensuring that the file will not spread any further. If the infected document was associated with a follow-up that was already completed, lenders will need to request the follow-up again and ask the borrower to upload the non-infected document.
