Purpose of Update and Benefit:
The Glia integration embeds seamless, high-touch support directly within the Blend platform. With Glia's ChannelLess® platform, customers can meet applicants in their preferred digital channel - chat, voice, video - and seamlessly transition between them while maintaining context.
Using tools like CoBrowsing and Live Observation, customers can guide applicants through complex forms as if they were sitting next to them. This proactive engagement and immediate assistance helps overcome friction points, turning potential abandonments into completed applications. It not only increases conversion rates but also significantly improves the user experience by providing an in-branch level service digitally. Glia is purpose-built exclusively for financial services and has a proven track record of helping FIs drive growth and build trust online.
New Behavior:
If enabled, Glia’s reactive bubble will appear in the applicant user interface after an application is started in Blend.
Clicking on this bubble will initiate an engagement with operators in the Glia platform. Once a connection is established, the bubble will expand and allow for direct interaction between the applicant and operator.
