Purpose of Update and Benefit:
On August 22, 2023 in the NPS Report in the Reporting Dashboard, and in the GET /reporting/nps endpoint in v7.0.0 we will be adding an npsType field to distinguish whether NPS was collected immediately upon the applicant submitting the application, or if collected post submit.
Current Behavior:
The NPS report contains one row per NPS score submitted. This report currently does not have an npsType field.
New Behavior:
When pulling the NPS report in the Reporting Dashboard, or pulling from the /reporting/nps endpoint in V7 of the Reporting API, the report will now contain a field for npsType. Values include AT_APPLICATION_SUBMIT, POST_APPLICATION_SUBMIT.
This release will go to both beta and prod on August 22, 2023, as no testing changes are required. You will not experience any change in the functionality of the Reporting Dashboard, just the fields returned when pulling the NPS report, or querying the NPS endpoint in V7.
