Which customers are impacted?: Customers who have enabled Credit and AUS Reissue in Encompass.
How to turn on: This feature will automatically be enabled on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit:
Customers using the Credit and AUS Reissue feature in Encompass will now be able to see the results of any reissue attempts within the Activity Feed in the Blend platform. This will allow lender users working in Blend greater visibility into when the feature is used, and what errors may have occurred while attempting to use the feature.
This feature will be enabled in customer environments on February 15.
Current Behavior:
This status was only available via backend tools for internal Blend teams to see.
New Behavior:
When enabled, the status of each credit and AUS reissue attempt in Encompass will be visible in the Activity Feed.
If the reissue attempt returns an error, Blend will surface the error message from Encompass here, as well.
