We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

Announcements (1)
Blend Insurance Agency Partnering with Covered Insurance
Blend Insurance Agency is entering into a strategic partnership with Covered Insurance, a national insurance agency focused on embedded insurance in the mortgage and real estate space. This partnership will benefit borrowers and lenders by increasing the number of available insurance carrier options from 36 to 55 and providing more choice and value for borrowers. Operationally the agency and insurance team remains the same, however the Blend Insurance Agency fulfillment team will transition to become Covered employees and future communications including email addresses will reflect that change. For lenders with HOI enabled, this means the same agents and customer service representatives will continue serving your customers, ensuring seamless, uninterrupted service.
Maintenance Announcements (2)
Scheduled Maintenance
We are doing scheduled maintenance during regularly scheduled maintenance hours. There will be no downtime associated with this maintenance and there will not be a maintenance page.
9/24/24, 12am - 2am PST for PROD
(Update) OneSpan eSign Provider Maintenance
Update 9/16: The dates for the remaining maintenance windows have been updated to accurately reflect OneSpan’s schedule.
One of Blend’s eSign vendors, OneSpan, has announced recurring downtime for maintenance. These downtimes will result in periods where lender and borrower users will not be able to create new eSign envelopes or sign outstanding envelopes.
Existing eSign tasks will be able to be reopened once maintenance is over.
Failed creation of disclosures, closings, or other eSign tasks will not automatically be retried. Users will need to re-attempt creating or issuing eSign tasks.
Will there be a maintenance page during this time?
No.
