Which customers are impacted?:
Consumer Banking customers, who use the Reporting tab in their tenants.
How to turn on: These updates to the reporting are available now.
Purpose of Update and Benefit:
Reporting is now more inclusive of all Consumer Banking applications regardless of source platform (Lending or Configurable Platform), in order to provide a better understanding of conversion and application volume over time, by product type for all customers.
Current Behavior:
Underlying data used to populate the visualizations in this dashboard included applications created on the Blend legacy platform for Credit Card, Auto Loans, Specialty Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, and Personal Lines of Credit products.
New Behavior:
Underlying data used to populate the visualizations in this dashboard now include applications created on the Blend Builder platform for Credit Card, Auto Loans, Specialty Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, and Personal Lines of Credit products. The visualization reporting on the Device Type has been removed as this data point is not available for applications created on the Blend Builder platform. Additionally NPS is still reported on as a high-level metric, but this data point is not available for applications created on the Blend Builder platform.
