Custom Follow-Ups for Third Party Recipients with Blend Sign

How to turn on: 

This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit: Users can now create new third-party user types in identity service to enable Custom Follow Ups in Blend Sign for Third Party Recipients such as Attorney in Fact or Real Estate Buying or Selling Agent. 

New Behavior:
An LO will create a third party via lending workspace. They will be able to add a third party to a loan, and send custom follow ups to them.

A TPR will receive an email, create an account, and complete the follow-ups and tasks. New user types include:

Single Tenant

• Attorney in Fact
• Authorized Representative
• Gift Donor
• Non-Title Non-Spouse Ownership Interest
• Non-Title Spouse
• Property Seller
• Settlor
• Spouse
• Title Holder
• Other
• Unspecified

Multi Tenant

• Appraiser
• Builder
• Hazard Insurance Agent
• Landlord
• Real Estate Selling Agent
• Real Estate Listing Agent
