We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

Announcements (2)
(New) User experience updates on Blend’s Builder Platform
For customers with products on the Builder Platform, there will be a series of user experience updates rolling out starting August 15th in your beta environments with an extended preview period before they hit production. These enhancements will apply to you if you have any of the following products on Builder: Consumer Banking and Spanish Intake. This will give you the opportunity to play around with the experience before it is released to your consumers. Please reach out to your Blend account manager if you have any questions.
(New) Loan team notes scrolling while locked
We’re thrilled to announce that loan team users can now access and review all loan team notes on locked applications within the Blend lender app. While loan team notes are still read-only once the application is locked, this new feature gives you visibility into the entire notes section. This exciting new feature is now available to all Blend lender app users.
Maintenance Announcements (1)
OneSpan eSign Provider Maintenance
One of Blend’s eSign vendors, OneSpan, has announced recurring downtime for maintenance. These downtimes will result in periods where lender and borrower users will not be able to create new eSign envelopes or sign outstanding envelopes.
Existing eSign tasks will be able to be reopened once maintenance is over.
Failed creation of disclosures, closings, or other eSign tasks will not automatically be retried. Users will need to re-attempt creating or issuing eSign tasks.
Will there be a maintenance page during this time?
No.
What are the affected periods for beta and production?
