Announcements (2)
(New) Sync ITP from Encompass to Blend
After the announcement of the new feature “Ability to Send Intent to Proceed (ITP) to Encompass After Collection in Blend,” several lender customers wanted to know if there was a way to sync ITP from Encompass to Blend, in the event that ITP is collected in Encompass before it is collected in Blend. Blend’s Integrations team has a solution for this - an ITP event listener that can be used to clear the ITP task from the borrower view in Blend if ITP is collected in Encompass. The field that this feature listens for in Encompass is the Intent to Proceed checkbox [Field ID 3164].
If you’d like to enable this feature, reach out to Blend Support or your Blend representative. Be advised that configuration of the ITP event listener can take up to one week to complete.
(Update) New fields related to Blend Close added to Reporting Dashboard Closings Report
(Update 6/26): The release of the new Close related fields has been delayed and will be available in the Reporting Dashboard after business hours on 7/2/24.
Please see the original release note here for more information about the new fields.
Maintenance Announcements (1)
OneSpan eSign Provider Maintenance
One of Blend’s eSign vendors, OneSpan, has announced recurring downtime for maintenance. These downtimes will result in periods where lender and borrower users will not be able to create new eSign envelopes or sign outstanding envelopes.
Existing eSign tasks will be able to be reopened once maintenance is over.
Failed creation of disclosures, closings, or other eSign tasks will not automatically be retried. Users will need to re-attempt creating or issuing eSign tasks.
Will there be a maintenance page during this time?
No.
What are the affected periods for beta and production?
