Date Available: Beta 9/24, Prod 10/22

Which customers are impacted?: All Blend customers using the Adverse Action Notice feature.

Required?: Yes, this is a required release. Required releases are features that Blend wants to standardize in the codebase, and typically do not require additional configuration.

How to turn on: This feature will be automatically enabled on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:
For Adverse Action Notices generated in Blend, the address that is used in the footer was pulled from a field that was not tied to the Address fields in the Organizations settings in the Setup pages. With this change, the address in the footer will pull from the Address fields, which will ensure that the information included in the footer will be in sync with the address that is configured by User Admins. This change is only applicable to AAN documents that are generated after the feature is enabled.

Current Behavior:
The address that appears in the footer of the AAN doc is pulling in a field that is not tied to the Address field in the Organization settings. If User Admins change the Address in the Organization settings, the new address may not be reflected in the footer.

New Behavior:
The address that appears in the footer of the AAN document will reflect the address provided in the “Address” field located in Organization settings in the Setup pages. Users with the “Edit client-facing system config” Role Permissions in Blend can find and update this field by clicking on Your Settings -> Setup -> Organization. Users should then click “Edit” to unlock this page, and then make edits to the “Address” fields before clicking “Save” to apply the changes.
