Improvements to the User Interface for the Tax Transcript Follow-Up

How to turn on: This feature will be automatically enabled on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit: 

The user interface (UI) that appears when loan team members manually request the Tax Transcripts follow-up on a Blend application is being updated to better reflect the selections loan team members need to make for lines 6 and 7 in the menu. 

These changes will only be visible in the lender application’s follow-up workflow when loan team members manually request the Tax Transcript follow-up to borrowers. 

Current Behavior:

The Transcript Type Requested field is a set of radio buttons that can only be edited after an option is selected from the “Line 6” dropdown menu. The checkboxes for Line 7a are read-only unless the “Yes” checkbox is selected for Line 7.

New Behavior:

The “Transcript Type Requested” is now a dropdown menu, and it only appears when a Tax Form Transcript is selected from Line 6. Similarly, the optional selections listed under Line 7a will only be visible and selectable if “Yes” is selected for Line 7.
