Permissions required for the self-service administration settings

Certain role permissions are required to access the AdministrationSettings, and Security options in the Setup section. If a user does not have access to a section in Setup, refer to this guide to learn which permissions are associated with each setting.

Note: This is in reference Phase Two Rollout of Customer Self-Service Administration release.

Users

Requires the View users role permission to be set to Always

Role Permission

Requires the View roles role permission to be set to Always

Credentials

Requires the Edit-client system config permission to be set to Always

 

Settings

Organization

Requires the Edit-client system config permission to be set to Always

Branding

Requires the Edit-client system config permission to be set to Always

Setup Audit

Requires the Edit-client system config permission to be set to Always

 

FAQs

The Admin menu option is gone

Setup has replaced the Admin menu option. If you already had access to AdminSetup will direct you to the Admin settings.

 

The Setup menu option is not available under Your Settings?

The Setup menu will not be displayed when View usersView roles, and Edit-client system config are all set to NeverSetup requires at least one of the aforementioned permissions to be set to Always.

 

I’m a Loan Officer and I don’t have the ability to update permissions

Role permissions are managed by lender administrators. Please reach out to your internal admin for assistance.

 

As an admin, can I allow users to only have access to a particular section?

Yes, you can mix the permissions View usersView roles, and/or Edit-client system config as needed.
