Borrower accidentally declined eConsent?

Modified on Fri, May 2 at 1:13 PM

If the borrower accidentally declined eConsent, Loan Officers can request it again.

  • If the application is still in progress, the borrower will be asked to provide eConsent prior to submitting the application.
  • If the application has been submitted, the borrower will be asked to provide eConsent prior to completing any follow up tasks that requires an electronic signature.
  • If there are no pending eSignature follow-ups, you can send any follow up that requires an electronic signature or create a custom follow up. Refer to Request an e-signature Follow-Up for more details.
