Enabling third party cookies for custom eSign follow-ups

Third-party cookies are required when creating and tagging custom follow-ups for eSignatures. If the follow-up tagging window is not loading properly or if you get a "The connection was reset" error, ensure third-party cookies are enabled for your browser.

Enable Third Party Cookies - Google Chrome (PC and Mac)

  1. Select Chrome menu icon.
  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.3rd_party_cookies.png
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Cookies and other site data.

Enable Third Party Cookies - Google Chrome (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open device Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Chrome.
  3. Turn on Allow Cross-Website Tracking.

 

Enable Third Party Cookies - Google Chrome (Android)

  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. At the top right, tap (...) and then Settings.
  3. Tap Site Setting and then Cookies.
  4. Next to Cookies, switch the setting on.
  5. Check the box next to Allow third-party cookies.

 

Enable Third Party Cookies - Safari (Mac)

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  4. Uncheck Block cookies.

 

tip_5.pngNote: For increased security, once you have finished using the site, please change the Privacy Settings back to Always.

 

Enable Third Party Cookies - Safari (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open device Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Under Privacy & Security, TURN OFF Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies

 

Enable Third Party Cookies - Mozilla Firefox (PC and Mac)

  1. Go to the Firefox dropdown menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Privacy & Security.
  4. Select Custom.
  5. Uncheck Cookies.

 

Enable Third Party Cookies - Microsoft Edge (PC and Mac)

  1. Click the ellipsis (...).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Navigate to Cookies and site permissions.
  4. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  5. Turn off Block third party cookies.
