Lender admins can manage Loan Product Advisor (LPA) and Desktop Underwriter (DU), FHA, and Netpay credentials via the Setup panel in Blend.

Role permissions required to manage credentials
Only users with Edit client-facing system config permission set to Always can access the Credentials tab in the Setup panel.
Note: Roles and permissions are managed by your Blend Administrator in your organization.
Updating lender credentials
- Navigate to Your settings.
- Select Setup.
- Select Credentials from the side menu.
- Click Edit.
- Enter the necessary credentials.
- Click Save.
Setting up branch-level FHA Lender IDs
Branch level FHA lender IDs can be configured via the Setup panel and via a user's profile in Blend.
Note: For branch-level FHA Lender ID configuration, we recommend keeping the Global FHA Lender ID configurations. This ensures that users who do not have a branch-level FHA Lender ID will still be able to run AUS in Blend using the global credentials.
Managing branch-level FHA lender IDs via Setup
- Navigate to Your settings.
- Click Setup.
Select Credentials.
Click Edit.
Scroll FHA Fields and check the box next to the Use branch-level FHA Lender IDs.
Click Save.
Managing branch-level FHA lender IDs via a users profile
- Click Your settings.
- Click Setup.
Select Users.
Select the user you'd like to assign the role (permission) to.
Click Edit.
Update the following fields:
a. FHA Lender ID
b. FHA Sponsor ID
c. Sponsored Originator EINClick Update User to apply changes.
