Order Title

1. Navigate to the Title section in the Disclosure & Closing tab of the loan
2. Click Order Title

Note: If the Order Title button is greyed out and the status says "Title has not been ordered yet" please make sure the Loan Estimates have been uploaded in the Docs Tab.

View Title information

1. Navigate to the Title section in the Disclosure & Closing tab of the loan

View Title Commitment and Title Curative information

1. Navigate to the Title Commitment section from the Disclosure & Closing tab
2. You can view the orders in process, the status of liens, judgments, and taxes in this section
3. Click View Title Commitment to view a copy of the Title Commitment.

   
   

Send a message about Title Curative information

1. Navigate to the Title Commitment section from the Disclosure & Closing tab
2. Click the three dots to inquire about the lien or judgment that is the subject of your message
3. Click Send message
4. Draft your message
5. Click Attach Files to attach any documents to your message, if desired
6. Click Send

Send a shared inbox message

1. Click the Inbox tab
2. Make sure you are on the Title Agents tab
3. Click New message
4. Draft your message

5. Click Attach Files to attach any documents to your message, if desired

6. Click Send
