Date Available: Beta 7/17, Prod 7/17
Which customers are impacted?: Lenders offering ARM products with HTML-formatted disclosure configs.
Required?: No, opt-in.
How to turn on: Available now.
Purpose of Update and Benefit: When borrowers on ARM products view the CHARM booklet or ARM Program Disclosure through the Blend in-app viewer, the documents were displayed without their intended formatting. Headings, spacing, and list structure appeared stripped, which affected readability and created a discrepancy between the in-app view and the same documents opened in an external PDF viewer.
This fix restores correct formatting for these disclosures in the in-app viewer.
Current Behavior: When a borrower on an ARM product opens the CHARM booklet or ARM Program Disclosure through the in-app viewer, the document formatting (headings, paragraphs, lists) is not rendered correctly. The same documents display with proper formatting when downloaded and opened in an external viewer.
New Behavior: The CHARM booklet and ARM disclosure disclaimer configs now render HTML formatting correctly in the in-app viewer. Supported HTML formatting (headings, paragraphs, and lists) is displayed as intended.
No action is required from lenders. The fix is included in the release automatically.
Lenders who do not have HTML-formatted content in their disclosure configs will not see any change.
