Add "Lead Source" for Optimal Blue PPE

Which customers are impacted?: Lenders who have Optimal Blue configured in their Blend environment and utilize the Lead Source field in Optimal Blue.

Required?: Yes, this is a required release. Required releases are features that Blend wants to standardize in the codebase, and typically do not require additional configuration. 

How to turn on: This feature will be automatically enabled on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit: The Optimal Blue pricing experience in Blend currently does not support the newer native Lead Source field available in Optimal Blue’s PPE. Lenders use this field to drive pricing decisions and reporting in Optimal Blue.

This update brings the Lead Source field into the Blend pricing workflow, reducing the need for manual steps outside of Blend and improving consistency between Blend and Optimal Blue.

Current Behavior: The Optimal Blue pricing (PPE) screen in the lender-facing UI does not display a Lead Source field. Although Blend calls Optimal Blue for pricing, it does not request or surface the available Lead Source options. As a result, lenders must manage Lead Source directly in Optimal Blue outside of Blend.

New Behavior: The Optimal Blue pricing (PPE) screen now displays a Lead Source dropdown (or equivalent control). On load, Blend calls Optimal Blue’s Lead Source API (Lead-Source-Type) using the appropriate business channel for the tenant to retrieve valid Lead Source options.
