Purpose of Update and Benefit: Blend Automated Underwriting System (AUS) now supports Fannie Mae's Desktop Originator for submitting AUS requests.
Current Behavior: Previously, Blend’s Automated Underwriting System (AUS) only supported Loan Product Advisor and Desktop Underwriter.
New Behavior: Now Blend's AUS supports Desktop Originator which allows preliminary, interim and final decisioning. Lender would be able to select the sponsoring Lender.
