We are excited to announce the launch of our new Bridge Loans Application Workflow Product! This feature was built to improve the borrower experience for those seeking bridge loans and provide a clear, dedicated way for lenders to offer this product through Blend.
This new application is a tailored workflow that uses copy specific to bridge loans, asking appropriate questions and removing unnecessary ones. This ensures a smoother application journey for borrowers.
Current Behavior: Bridge Loans do not exist today.
Current Behavior: Bridge Loans were previously not an available product type.
New Behavior: Lenders can now enable Bridge Loans as a new product type.
