(New) Mastercard Data Connect Error Code Enhancements
For customers leveraging Mastercard Data Connect (formerly known as Finicity), they have recently updated their error announcements to make it clearer and easier to use.
What’s new:
Clearer in-app messages: Nearly 200 error messages have been rewritten for clarity and faster resolution.
Better documentation: We’ve rebuilt our error code docs with a new Master List page, improved search, and updated descriptions.
Ongoing quality: A new intake process ensures every new error code is documented and maintained going forward.

Encompass Lower Environment Migration
ICE is in the process of migrating customers’ Encompass lower environments over a period of time. If you are scheduled for migration, please be aware of the following important steps to ensure continued connectivity with Blend:
What You Need to Do:
Notify Blend Support at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled migration.
This lead time is necessary for Blend to prepare and reestablish connectivity between your Encompass Beta and Blend Beta environments.
If you have received a migration notification from ICE and do not intend to delay the migration, please notify Blend Support immediately to ensure your systems remain connected.

Encompass Integration - KensieMae Plugin Required Update
As you may already be aware, Encompass 25.4 (which was released to lower environments on October 11th) has caused some issues with many Encompass plugins, including the Blend Encompass KensieMae plugin.
The KensieMae team is currently actively working on a patch for the plugin that will allow it to be compatible with the Encompass 25.4.
What You Need to Do:
Ensure that prior to accepting Encompass 25.4 release in Production that you also update the KM plugin to 25.7.3 or higher. It is expected that this plugin update will be available the week of October 27.
Currently, the earliest date for the 25.4 release of Encompass is November 8, 2025 for customers who auto accept upgrades from Encompass. This date is subject to change, please consult your ICE Representative for further questions regarding the release date for Encompass 25.4.
Maintenance Announcements (1)
MongoDB 7.0 Upgrade
We will be upgrading our MongoDB instances from version 6.0 to 7.0. This is to keep-up-to-date with the latest versions of MongoDB. The maintenance is expected to take the full two hours of the listed affected periods below. We will only be upgrading a few instances at a time during each maintenance window to ensure a safer rollout.

No downtime is expected
What services or products are affected?
The lender app might experience some latency with requests during the maintenance. We expect observable error rate increase and processing delay increase to be minimal and negligible during the maintenance.
