Update to Help Center Access – Starting July 1


To support the addition of new product content in our knowledge base, we’re updating how you access the Blend Help Center.


What’s changing:

 Beginning July 1, you’ll need to log in to view articles in the Help Center.


What to expect:

  • You’ll be prompted to sign in before viewing help content.

  • Once logged in, you’ll have full access to all resources related to your products and services.

Maintenance Announcements (2)


(New) Beta MongoDB 6.0 Upgrade


We will be upgrading our Beta MongoDB instances from version 5.0 to 6.0. This is to keep-up-to-date with the latest versions of MongoDB. The maintenance is expected to take the full two hours of the listed affected periods below. We will only be upgrading a few instances at a time during each maintenance window to ensure a safer rollout.


Will there be downtime associated with this maintenance?

No downtime is expected.


What services or products are affected?

The lender app might experience some latency with requests during the maintenance, but there should be no data loss with backup instances for each MongoDB primary.

  • Tuesday 7/01/25 12:00AM-2:00AM PT

  • Tuesday 7/08/25 12:00AM-2:00AM PT

Kubernetes Minor Version Upgrade

Blend will be upgrading beta and production kubernetes clusters. The total downtime for this maintenance is anticipated to be less than 5 minutes.

12am-2am PT Tuesday June 10, 2025
