Adjusted Scale of OneSpan Signature Widths for Disclosures & eSign API Follow-ups

How to turn on:

This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

This is a minor improvement that slightly increases the sizing and ultimately legibility of OneSpan signatures. This will primarily benefit borrowers with long names, especially when signing the 4506c form.

This update only impacts customers that issue disclosures and eSign follow-ups via API - namely Encompass customers and those who have built direct integrations to the following API endpoints:

• https://api.blendlabs.com/disclosures-packages
• https://api.blendlabs.com/packages
• https://api.blendlabs.com/follow-ups

Current Behavior:

The existing signature size is too small and difficult to read.

New Behavior:

Signature size scaling will be slightly increased. Below is the updated signature size.
