We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
Date Available: Available now in beta, Prod 4/9
Which customers are impacted?: Mortgage and Home Equity customers using Wolters Kluwer’s legacy disclosures integration in Blend. There will be no impact to customers who are not using this integration.
How to turn on: This feature will be automatically enabled for all customers on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit:
With the Wolters Kluwer integration, borrowers could not see their signed disclosures document while logged into the Blend home page. With this release, borrowers who wish to review previously-signed disclosures documents in Blend will be redirected to Wolters Kluwer, where they can view them.
Current Behavior:
After signing disclosures documents, there was no way for borrowers to be linked to their signed disclosures documents from within Blend.
New Behavior:
When enabled, borrowers can now click on signed documents in their Documents tab from within their borrower home page in Blend and be automatically redirected to the signed doc in the Wolters Kluwer portal.
