We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

How to turn on
This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit
Due to the migration from Docusign to OneSpan, we are updating the loan cost worksheet (LCW) flow to require that all borrowers view the LCW in their loan hub. If a borrower has not yet activated their account, the loan team will be required to invite the borrower first.
These changes will only affect customers who use the loan cost worksheet in their Blend environment and are mandatory, as they are a result of our migration to Onespan.
Current Behavior
Currently, if a borrower has not yet activated their account, the LO can still send the borrower an LCW. The borrower receives an email from Docusign, where they click on a link to view the LCW.
New Behavior
Borrowers will need to activate their loan hubs before they can access the LCW. If they have not done so, the loan team will need to invite the borrower to the application and wait for them to activate before the LCW can be delivered.
See the product guide for updates to the borrower and lender flows. If you cannot access this guide via this Google Drive link, contact Blend Support or your Blend representative.
